I'm failing this week! I have been watching my portion sizes but have not exercised! Tomorrow I will for sure get on my elliptical and do at least 20 minutes. I have been staying to no more than1 can of pop, today I shared a can with Tim - so just half a can today. I've been snacking on string cheese and fruit - so that makes me feel better. Haven't written down what I eat - I'm pretty sure it's right where I should be. I need to keep better track. You're doing great Karen, if I read the blog daily I know I'd better!!!
