Karen - Thursday

I didn't exercise last night. I got up this morning and did my workout for yesterday...if that counts?! I will still plan on doing 20+ more minutes today.

21 minutes; 2.1 miles; 150 calories

I have not had any pop.

I have not eaten out for breakfast yet.

This week I have eaten out for lunch 3 of 4 times :(. Plan on eating at home today.
