Karen's Goals for Week 1

Longterm Goal:
Lose 5 pounds a month.

Plan:
Set realistic goals on a weekly basis that I can obtain to help me achieve my longterm goal.
Evaluate my goals on a weekly basis and adjust based on my accomplishments.
Make changes to my lifestyle and not try to lose a bunch of weight quick. I want to lose it slow and keep it off.

Goals this week:
No pop.
Exercise at least 20 minutes per day on my Eliptical machine.
No fast food.
