Karen - Tuesday

Just finished the eliptical - 26 minutes, 275 calories, 2.9 miles.

I was able to get my 25 grams of fiber in yesterday. Today I ate Frosted mini wheats for breakfast. I had 2 cups that had 12 grams. I normally don't eat much cereal...but when I do, it's Fruit Loops.

Day 2 that I ate lunch at home. I was REALLY craving Taco Johns today.

Good job with the working out and the mini wheats. Those are so good for you - with all the fiber and stuff! I saw on the news today that soda pop is more addictive than cocaine!!!! How are they allowed to sell stuff like that!?
